🛠️ How to Use Primer via Web2Wave
1. Contact Us
Tell us you want to activate Primer.
Let us know which payment providers you want (e.g. Stripe, Braintree, Adyen).
Not sure? We’ll help you pick the right one.
2. Account Setup
We’ll set up:
- A sandbox account (for testing)
- A production account (live payments)
Or you can connect your own Primer account via API keys in Project Settings.
3. Create Prices
Primer doesn’t manage subscriptions like Stripe.
We’ve built a custom subscription billing engine inside Web2Wave.
➡️ Go to Plans and Prices → Create your prices and add introductory offers.
4. Build Your Paywall
- Go to Paywalls
- Create a new paywall
- Set paywall type to Primer
- Select the Primer prices you created
- Add a Primer Checkout Form block to the page
- Publish the paywall
5. Customize Primer Checkout

- Connect all PSPs

6. Manage Subscriptions

- The subscription is managed in Web2Wave
