The page number for pagination.

Items per page (default 50, max 200).

boolean

When true, each subscription row drops the heavy fields
(user_visit, price object, invoices, invoices_new,
projected_revenue_*, manage_link, project_domain,
quiz_name, paywall_name, send_event_*) so a full
50-row page comfortably fits a single response. Use this
for listings and switch off for single-record lookups.
