Adds the sender's address to the project's "Mute emails" list. The conversation and everything this address
writes later disappear from the desk (list, search, analytics, daily summary, auto replies); the data is kept.
Undo by removing the address from muted_emails with PATCH /support/settings. The demo conversation cannot be muted.
